In addition to the License Law, we cover Labor Code, Mechanics Lien, Workers Compensation, Basic Accounting and Business Management. This explains a balance sheet, income and expense statement, financial statements, ratio problems and much more.

Trade courses include the trade terminology, trade questions and answers with explanations or references, material take-offs, mathematics and construction safety.

Audio and/or Video lectures feature industry experts in various fields of construction, attorneys, estimators, accountants and business management consultants to assist you in understanding the materials provided.

The practice exams are user friendly and are presented in the multiple choice format used on the official State Examination. Updates will assist you with the changes on the State Exam.
