Real Estate Principles:
An applicant is required by State Law to pass this course before
applying for the State’s qualifying exam for a Salesperson’s
or Broker’s license. An applicant must present a certificate
of completion for this course when applying for the State salesperson’s
or broker’s exam.
Real Estate Exam Prep – Salespersons:
This course is designed to prepare the applicant
for the State Salesperson’s exam. Unlike the Principles course,
the Exam Prep course is not required of an applicant for the State
exam, but it is INDISPENSABLE if someone wants to pass the State’s
extremely difficult exam.
The 16 fully explained and current practice exams, including real
estate math approximate the State exam as closely as possible. Questions
are organized by topic to make them easier to learn, and all answers
and explanations directly follow the question to enable you the
finish the course as efficiently as possible. All calculations are
fully explained.
Real Estate Exam Prep – Brokers:
This course consists of the Salesperson’s Exam Prep course
plus a special supplement for the State’s Broker’s exam.
The Broker’s exam shares many of the questions on the salesperson’s
exam, but is also has a number of difficult questions on its own.
Required courses are:
Real Estate Practice, Legal Aspects of Real Estate,
Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Economics
or General Accounting
Three additional courses from the following: Real Estate Principles,
Business Law, Property Management, Escrows, Mortgage Loan Brokering
and Lending
